Contour Health is a modern telehealth service focused on personalized, physician-supervised metabolic care. Our licensed medical team evaluates each patient individually through a secure online process and, when clinically appropriate, prescribes treatment that is dispensed by a U.S.-licensed pharmacy and delivered directly to your door.

Note: Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for patient-specific use and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Do all purchases include prescriptions and medications?

No. A licensed provider must first determine that treatment is medically appropriate for you. Charges for visits and medication are shown transparently at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most approved orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in discreet packaging, typically arriving within a week (carrier times may vary).

Do I need insurance?

No insurance is required to use Contour Health. Many members choose to pay out of pocket; HSA/FSA cards may be accepted depending on your plan and card provider.

Where are medications prepared?

Medications are dispensed by U.S.-based, state-licensed pharmacies. When compounded medications are prescribed, they are prepared by FDA-registered 503A/503B facilities that comply with applicable regulations. Note: the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety or effectiveness.

What if I’m not approved?

If treatment isn’t appropriate, you won’t be charged for medication. Any visit fees are shown before checkout and follow our posted refund policy.
